Do you offer restoration?

Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require “building up” or restoration work. To take care of that, we provide a high quality jewelry cleaning cloth along with every order. The cloth can be used to wipe out slight discoloration that might happen over long period of time

Where should I not wear my jewelry?

Please avoid exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.

How should I clean my jewelry?

To clean your Jewelry, add some Luke warm water in a bowl and add a few drops of mild dishwashing liquid soap. Place your jewelry piece in the solution for a couple of hours or overnight. Dip a mild soft bristled toothbrush in the mixture and use it to gently scrub your collared stone jewelry. Rinse it with clean water and pat dry with a lint free cloth. Your jewelry shall glisten now like brand new.

Do you offer custom jewelry? Can I customize a jewelry piece?

Yes, we specialize in customized jewelry. All our designs can be made in any metal, size, carat weight and can accommodate any gemstone.

You can also send in one of your designs and we will craft it for you (additional charges may apply).

In case the design shared is patented, Vaibhav Dhadda holds the right to deny and cancel the request/order.

Are there any additional customization charges?

There are no additional charges for customizing a design that is present on the website.

How may the delivery date for customized orders be affected?

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders. All shipments are insured and are risk-free. We fully insure your package from the moment it leaves our facility to when it arrives at your door.

How long does delivery take once an order is placed?

All our products are made to order. As soon as the order is placed, product manufacturing is initiated. Once the item meets all the quality check parameters, it is shipped to you.

The estimated delivery date is based on the product ordered by you. Please check the Estimated Delivery Day on our product page and cart page before placing the final order.

Why is my order getting delayed?

Natural calamities or bad weather conditions may delay or postpone deliveries.

In some rare cases, your package might be delayed due to quality check failure. Please contact our customer service team for the revised delivery date.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

• Return approval must be requested within 7 days and you will then have a further 7 days to return the unsuitable item.
