Art deco style inspired emerald cut octagon diamond ruby contemporary engagement ring in 18 karat gold

As we all know, art deco is characterised by geometric shapes. Inspired by art deco and giving it a contemporary make over is this diamond ruby ring in 18 karat gold.
At the centre of the ring are 8 tapered baguette diamonds and 1 octagon diamond invisibly set together in bezel 18 Karat gold collet, weighing 0.88 cts with VVS-VS / F-G clarity / color and size 10x8mm, to give an overall solitaire look and appeal of over 3 carats emerald cut octagon diamond. Reminiscent of the art deco era of 1930s, the deep red rubies, a total of 22 pcs with approximate size 1.5 to 2mm each, are taper cut and channel set around the diamond setting, making the top view absolutely exquisite. Complimenting the look further are two bands of 4 ruby baguettes tapering from size 4x2mm to 3x1.5mm in a trapezoid channel on either side of the ring, along with array of brilliant cut diamonds.
